The 2–3 minute Keepsake and 4–5 minute Double Take runtimes are targets, not guarantees; timing and length depend on what guests record and what can be recovered. We will discuss delays or missing footage with you.

The Keepsake ($495) has one camcorder and a 2–3 minute film target. The Double Take ($1,095) has two camcorders, a 4–5 minute film target, two vertical reels, and all raw footage received. Final length and delivery depend on usable returned footage.

Guests, not a professional camera operator, run the camcorders. Pick a friend to start recording and hand off the camera. We cannot guarantee particular moments, clear audio, image quality, or how much footage will be usable.

We plan to ship 5–7 days before your wedding with a prepaid return mailer; please mail it back within 2 days afterward. Carrier delays, damage, and loss are possible. Check the package on arrival and report problems promptly with photos and packaging. See our Terms for the draft claims process.

We plan to ship within the US. We focus on Lake Geneva, Milwaukee, Madison, and the Chicago suburbs. Ask about service outside the US before making plans.

The proposed $150 refundable damage deposit is not collected on this site. Use the supplied return mailer; report damage or loss promptly with photos and packaging when available. Responsibility, insurance, carrier claims, deposits, and refund outcomes must be confirmed in writing before booking. There are no automatic or arbitrary charges here. See our Terms.

Cancellation timing, refunds, rescheduling, and outcomes for missing, corrupt, or lost footage have not yet been finalized. Recordings that are missing or unusable cannot be recreated. We will confirm the applicable policy in writing before taking a booking or payment; see our draft Terms.

We use footage to edit and deliver your service, not for public marketing without separate permission. Please inform guests about filming and obtain any permissions required by law, including for minors. See our Privacy page.

Exact camera model and recording format are confirmed before booking. We would rather tell you precisely than list a spec that could change between seasons.
