Guest Shot Films proposes to ship camcorders and a prompt card for one wedding night, then edit footage received back into package deliverables. Guests operate the cameras; we do not provide a professional camera operator or a complete ceremony recording. Please check your venue rules before filming.

A Keepsake film of 2–3 minutes or Double Take film of 4–5 minutes is a target, not a promise. We aim to deliver vertical sneak-peek reels within 72 hours and a highlight film within 7 days after receiving usable returned footage. Rush-edit timing also depends on usable footage and must be confirmed before booking.

What guests record determines what can be edited. We cannot guarantee any specific moments, picture quality, intelligible audio, or a particular amount of usable footage. Missing, corrupt, damaged, or lost recordings cannot be recreated. We will discuss a shortfall and the applicable resolution with you rather than silently treating targets as guarantees.

The plan is to ship cameras 5–7 days before the event with a supplied prepaid return mailer. Please send the cameras back in that mailer within 2 days after the event, following the supplied packing instructions. Transit delays, damage, or loss may happen in either direction.

Inspect the shipment when it arrives. Report damage, missing equipment, or delayed/lost deliveries promptly through the contact method provided in your written booking details; retain packaging and take photos when possible. If return shipping goes wrong, keep the carrier receipt/tracking and report it promptly. These steps help assess a carrier or insurance claim; they do not waive rights arising from our negligence or rights that cannot legally be waived.

Published package prices are $495 for The Keepsake and $1,095 for The Double Take, subject to a written booking quote. The previously proposed $100 date-reservation deposit would be credited toward the package; the proposed $150 damage deposit would be refundable, subject to written damage terms. This site does not collect either deposit or any payment. Final payment timing, damage assessment, refund mechanics, and taxes or extra costs (if applicable) must be confirmed in writing before booking. No automatic or arbitrary equipment charges are authorized by this draft.

Responsibility for equipment damage or loss, shipping-carrier claims, any insurance coverage or deductibles, and whether a replacement, re-edit, refund, or other outcome applies are not yet settled. We will give you these terms in writing before accepting a booking or payment. Nothing here is a blanket release for negligence or a waiver of statutory consumer rights.

Cancellation deadlines, rescheduling, date changes, and how reservation or package payments would be refunded or credited have not yet been finalized. They must be agreed in writing before you book or pay. Do not assume a date is reserved merely by viewing this site or opening an inquiry form.

Your footage is used to prepare, edit, and deliver your package, including sharing with editing personnel as needed for that service. We do not reuse it in public samples, ads, or social posts without separate permission. You are responsible for telling guests they may be filmed and for obtaining any permissions required by applicable law, including for minors. See our Privacy page for current website-data practices.

Before bookings open, Guest Shot Films must confirm its legal business identity, legal/privacy contact details, applicable cancellation/refund policy, equipment liability and insurance arrangements, and footage and inquiry-data retention periods in the written terms and privacy notice. No dispute forum, liability cap, or arbitration agreement is imposed by this draft.
