A private wedding-specific upload link is created automatically after your staff-approved booking payment is verified. Share it with guests so they can upload photos and videos from their phones—no guest account or extra fee.

Our editors consider usable phone videos alongside camcorder footage and edit selected clips into your film. Not every video will appear. Audio, framing, lighting, and file compatibility affect what can be used. Photos are collected, but a slideshow or photo editing is not included. This does not create a separate film or extend your package runtime.

Send files by the deadline on your wedding link and before editing begins. Late submissions are not a promise of a re-edit or a changed delivery date.

Upload JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, or HEIF photos, or MP4, MOV, or WebM videos, up to 500 MiB per file. Each wedding link supports up to 100 files and 20 GiB total. Use Wi-Fi for large files and keep the page open until each file is confirmed as uploaded.

Guests must have permission to share their photos and videos for editing and delivery of the couple’s service, including permissions involving children where required. Uploading does not grant permission for public advertising.

Anyone with your wedding link can upload while it is open, so share it only with invited guests. It does not let guests browse or download anyone’s files. Only authorized Guest Shot Films staff can manage the collected files.

Each wedding link displays its upload cutoff and scheduled deletion date. Keep your original files; this is not a permanent backup service. Staff can close or replace a link if it is shared too widely.

Private guest uploads and consideration of usable phone videos for your existing film are included in both wedding packages at no additional charge. This information page does not take payment or reserve a wedding date.
